Stand by for reveals! Gerry Anderson Day 2025 brought with it a veritable swarm of teases, reveals and announcements of fantastic items that Anderson Entertainment will be releasing throughout 2025 and beyond. In celebration of Thunderbirds' 60th anniversary and Space: 1999's 50th anniversary, we revealed many of our upcoming releases on yesterday's Gerry Anderson Day 2025 Livestream, presented by Jamie Anderson, Richard James, Chris Dale and special guest David Mather of Corgi.

Thunderbirds & Space: 1999 Super Space Theatre Collectors Edition Blu-Ray

We're beginning a brand new range of Blu-ray releases of the cult classic Super Space Theatre compilation movies of several Gerry Anderson productions with the release of the Thunderbirds Super Space Theatre Collectors Edition Blu-ray. This first volume collects all three of Thunderbirds' 1980s compilation movies - Thunderbirds to the Rescue, Thunderbirds in Outer Space and Countdown to Disaster. This definitive collectors edition offers you the chance of experiencing these movies either in stunningly restored HD or original VHS quality for that ultimate nostalgic viewing!

The Thunderbirds Super Space Theatre Collectors Edition Blu-ray is available to pre-order now, and as revealed on the Gerry Anderson Day Livestream, the next release in our SST Collectors Edition Blu-Rays range will be... Space: 1999! Further details on this next volume in the range will appear in the coming months!

Stingray: Deadly Uprising: The Comic Collection

Stand by for the deadly uprising! Much of 2024 was spent celebrating the 60th anniversary of Stingray with our ground-breaking trans-platform saga Stingray: Deadly Uprising. This multi-release event tells a brand new Stingray story set in the original world of the classic series, consisting of novels, audio releases and comics. You can now enjoy all the newly produced Deadly Uprising comic adventures in one handy volume!

Stingray Deadly Uprising: The Comic Collection gathers all ten of the comic strip stories from the Deadly Uprising saga, previously included in our two Stingray Comic Anthologies last year. From treacherous alliances between underwater aliens to artificial tsunamis threatening Stingray's existence, these comic strips tell thrilling new adventures, written and illustrated by a host of industry heavyweights from such titles as 2000AD, Doctor Who, The Transformers, Battle Action, Miracleman, and more.

Thunderbirds 60th Anniversary Collectors Edition Blu-Ray

Thunderbirds is coming to Blu-ray! Restored in fantastic high definition and 4:3 aspect ratio, our forthcoming Thunderbirds Collectors Edition Blu-ray promises to be the definitive release of the adventures of International Rescue. Jam-packed with an extensive array of new and pre-existing bonus material, the Blu-ray will also feature the three anniversary episodes produced by Century 21 Films in 2015.

As revealed during the livestream, each episode of Thunderbirds is currently undergoing a rigorous quality control process to fix a variety of mistakes that were left in previous home media releases. 4K Steelbooks

As well as Blu-ray boxsets of classic series and compilation films, you'll be able to experience two classic Gerry Anderson series in spectacular 4K! As part of our expanded home media partnership with ITV, 4K UHD releases will be coming for several definitive episodes from Thunderbirds and Space: 1999.

We'll be releasing 4K steelbook editions of Trapped in the Sky and Terror in New York City from Thunderbirds in a combined release and Breakaway from Space: 1999. Stay tuned to Official Gerry Anderson for further news on these exciting releases!

Thunderbirds Comic Anthology Vol. 1

Rescue stations! Thunderbirds Comic Anthology Volume 1 will be the latest release in our hugely popular range of classic Gerry Anderson comic anthologies. As part of Thunderbirds' 60th anniversary celebrations, we'll be releasing two Thunderbirds anthologies which collect the entirety of Thunderbirds' stunning comic strip adventures from the pages of TV Century 21, illustrated by Eric Eden, Frank Bellamy and Don Harley.

Compiled by Fred McNamara and Rob Hammond, all 242 issues of Thunderbirds' adventures from TV Century 21 will be collected between these two volumes, with volume 1 collecting the first half of this spectacular era from early 1965 to early 1967, all painstakingly restored to breath-taking levels of visual detail. Both anthologies also include numerous features, including publication histories, creator profiles and more.

Thunderbirds Comic Anthology Volume 1 will be available to pre-order from June.

Stingray WASP Technical Operations Manual

The latest and much-awaited entry in our popular range of Technical Operations Manuals from Chris Thompson and Andrew Clements is preparing for blast off! The Stingray W.A.S.P. Technical Operations Manual uncovers the world of Stingray with over 150 detailed illustrations and schematics of the vehicles and technologies of the World Aquanaut Security Patrol. 

The Stingray W.A.S.P. Technical Operations Manual is available to pre-order in both standard and special editions. If you've already pre-ordered the manual, we should be receiving stock in late May, so there's not long to go now before you can discover the secrets of W.A.S.P.!

Thunderbirds International Rescue Technical Operations Manual

Speaking of discovering secrets - 2025 will also see the release of the Thunderbirds International Rescue Technical Operations Manual! This much-requested hardback will include all the schematic details about the world of Thunderbirds that you've always wanted to know. The Thunderbirds International Rescue Technical Operations Manual will be available to pre-order later in September in both standard and special editions!

Corgi Thunderbirds Models

Special guest David Mather joined last night's livestream to discuss Corgi's range of 60th anniversary Thunderbirds collectable models, including showcasing a prototype of their forthcoming new tooling of Thunderbird 4! That and their upcoming Thunderbird 5 model will be available in the coming months.

Corgi's three fantastic releases of Thunderbirds 1 and 3, Thunderbirds 2 and 4, and FAB 1 are already starting to land with fans who have ordered them, but David also revealed the Anderson Entertainment exclusive editions of those three releases. These specially packaged editions, now sold out, have been produced following the regular editions of these models, and should be blasting off to fans shortly.

Thunderbird 4 & 1 Die-cast Collectables 

Our next release in our expanding line of premium die-cast models from Anderson Entertainment will be Thunderbirds 4 and 1! Our Thunderbirds 4 and 1 follow on from our popular collectables of Thunderbird 2, UFO and Space: 1999's Eagle Transporters, and will be produced in similarly authentic style. Both Thunderbirds 4 and 1 are made from intricate die-cast tooling, boast screen accurate weathered detail and come in collectors edition boxes. The Thunderbird 4 collectable will be available to pre-order in July.

Miniature Thunderbirds Models

Alongside our premium collectable models, we're also releasing another range of Thunderbirds models - but smaller! Our miniature Thunderbirds collectables range comprises of fantastically detailed models of all five core Thunderbirds vehicles in a handy compact size. These Thunderbirds models are more accessible in size and price compared to our other models range and will be available to pre-order from July, beginning with Thunderbirds 1 and 2.

Museum of Brands Exhibition

This September, a new Gerry Anderson exhibition will be taking place at London's Museum of Brands focusing on the merchandise of Thunderbirds and Space: 1999. This upcoming exhibition will feature many of the original 1960s/70s toys, collectables, books and other classic releases from the worlds of Thunderbirds and Space: 1999. Further details on the exhibition will be announced later in the year.

Thunderbirds Multiplatform Saga: Hidden Dangers

As well as Blu-rays, models, anthologies and manuals, we'll be celebrating Thunderbirds' 60th anniversary by creating brand new official Thunderbirds adventures!

Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers will be a multi-platform saga telling all new stories from the world of Thunderbirds. These adventures will take place before, during or after classic Thunderbirds stories, weaving thrilling new narratives into much-loved established stories. Produced in a similar fashion to our Stingray saga, Deadly Uprising, Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers will consist of stories told across novels, comic strips, audio releases and more. 

Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers is scheduled for blast off from September of this year and will continue into 2026. Make sure you're signed up to our 60th anniversary landing page to receive all the latest transmissions about this thrilling new venture for Thunderbirds!
