Thunderbirds are Blasting Off to Thought Bubble 2026!

A new era of exciting Thunderbirds adventures is blasting off to one of the world's largest comic conventions this November!

Two new Thunderbirds comics will be debuting at this year's Thought Bubble Comic Art Festival in Harrogate, Yorkshire, both of which form part of our ongoing multimedia narrative, Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers. Members of Anderson Entertainment and many creators involved in these comics will be attending this year's Thought Bubble in celebration of the launch of these spectacular new titles.

Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers: Burnout is a four-issue series by Chris Thompson and Connor Flanagan that depicts the troubled fallout of what happens when International Rescue's efforts are demanded for back-to-back rescues that take their physical and emotional toll on the Tracy family.

Thunderbirds: Hidden Dangers: Tales of Peril is a hardback comic anthology of all-new Thunderbirds adventures. The anthology is edited by Dan Whitehead and created by a host of fantastic creators, each of them bringing a freshly exciting edge to the heroic jeopardy of International Rescue.

Comic creators from the worlds of Doctor Who, Dan Dare, Power Rangers, Batman, 2000 AD, X-Men, The Transformers, Firefly, The Phantom, and Star Wars have come together for this electrifying collection of newly created comic adventures for Thunderbirds, presenting fans with the first anthology of its kind from the world of International Rescue.

Anderson Entertainment will be attending Thought Bubble on November 14th and 15th. Both Tales of Peril and issues #1 and #2 of Burnout will be available to purchase, along with more publications available, plus some free giveaways - you can find us in the Travelling Man Hall D7-8. Both of these titles will also be available from November 13th from the Gerry Anderson Store.

Among the attendees will be Dan Whitehead, Chris Thompson, Connor Flanagan, Hidden Dangers producer Andrew Clements, Tales of Peril cover artist and story illustrator Keith Burns. Plenty of creators involved in Tales of Peril will also be attending the convention during the weekend.

Thought Bubble is an annual week-long celebration of comics uplifting artists, writers and fans with a variety of comics-related events taking place throughout Yorkshire between November 9th-15th. The convention itself takes place on the weekend of the 14th and 15th.
