Terms and Conditions of Free Prize Draw of ANDERSON ENTERTAINMENT, Anderson Entertainment Limited, Third Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE (“Promoter”).
 

1. The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over (including those who live overseas), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

 

2. Upon purchase of the “Thunderbirds 60th Anniversary Collectors Edition Blu-ray” or completion of the typeform “Memories with Thunderbirds” between the dates of 18th June - 13th October 2025, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw (and there shall be no additional cost or charge as a condition to entry).

 

3. The winning customer will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 14th October 2025 ("Draw Date") and notified that they have won the giveaway by a member of the Anderson Entertainment customer service team. The winning customer will be asked to confirm their full name, phone number, email and address for prize delivery. On sharing these details with the Promoter, the winner consents to these details being shared with 3rd parties if this is necessary to dispatch the prize.

 

4. To enter the prize draw and be in with a chance to win the Prize, customers complete either of the below actions. Each time one of these is performed counts as a separate entry: 

a. Purchase the  “Thunderbirds 60th Anniversary Collectors Edition Blu-ray” before 13th October 2025, or, 

b. Complete the typeform “Memories with Thunderbirds” before 13th October 2025.

 

5. Winners will be selected via the process in clause 3. Prizes are as follows:

a. 1 x Winner will receive a Thunderbird 4 Die-Cast

b. 5 x Winners will receive a £30 gift card

 

6. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on 14th October 2025 and must have responded claiming their prize within 7 working days. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in clause 3 above.

 

7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.


8. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter and its Partner reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.


9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.


10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails (support@gerryanderson.com) within one month from the Draw Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter as per the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.


12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.


13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. See also Condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.


15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
