The Eagle: 1976 is a stunning reproduction of the original Mattel Eagle toy playset from 1976. Rather than a straight-forward reissue, this authentic item has been faithfully recreated from the original, with vastly superior tooling, intricate detailing and upgraded features.
This collector's item features an opening cockpit and pod and comes with two Eagle pilot action figures. Just like the original 1970s toy, the nosecone and rear engines can be detached to combine into a podless configuration.

I received mine this evening, I am very happy and grateful. My mind is back in 1976 when I was 11 yo and received the Mattel édition and have some fun with some of my friends ( except one Who are jalous and broke a part of one side door). Anyway, this upgrade version is fantastic and have great détails at all point. I allways regret to left my Eagle Mattel at my mom house when I left for my adult life but today I have a second chance to have Eagle1 again and i love it… Thank’s to Gerry Anderson co. To keep those souvenir alive for my generation…
