Get Ready for the 50th Anniversary of Space: 1999!

Attention all sections Alpha! 2025 is a momentous year for the 311 men and women of Moonbase Alpha as we prepare to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Space: 1999 this September!

2025 is full of hugely significant anniversaries of many Gerry Anderson worlds, including Thunderbirds, New Captain Scarlet, Space Precinct, and TV Century 21. We're making sure Space: 1999 isn't left behind and we have a slew of upcoming announcements, releases and surprises to celebrate Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's classic 1970s sci-fi adventure drama! 

We're already in the midst of celebrating the series with a growing line of fantastic collectables. The Pallet Eagle Collectable is the latest addition to our regularly sold-out line of limited edition premium die-cast models of classic Gerry Anderson vehicles. Following on from the Eagle Transporter, VIP Eagle and Rescue Eagle, the Pallet Eagle continues the range's superb line-up of collectable models that boast incredible screen accuracy and attention to detail. 

The Eagle: 1976 collectors playset is also still available to pre-order, scheduled to arrive with us by mid 2025. As revealed on this week's Gerry Anderson Day 2025 Livestream, we've a multitude of further Space: 1999 releases and surprises coming your way as we inch closer to the 50th anniversary. Following on from the rapturous response to our Thunderbirds Super Space Theatre Collectors Edition Blu-ray, the next release in our SST range will be Space: 1999. This forthcoming collectors edition boxset will collect all four of the Space: 1999 compilation movies released between 1978 and 1982, restored in stunning high definition.

The release will also feature a newly produced Space: 1999 compilation movie - Prisoners in Space! Produced by Chris Dale, this specially edited feature will be presented in the same style as the earlier SST movies, allowing for that ultimate retro viewing experience!

Your viewing experience of Space: 1999 will be elevated to even greater levels of high definition with the upcoming release of the Space: 1999 Breakaway 4K Collectors Edition Steelbook. This unique presentation of the series' classic opening episode restores Breakaway in ultra high definition and promises to blast you into the infinite depths of the unknown cosmos like never before.
