Eagle 1, ready for launch! Experience the modular magic of one of sci-fi TV's most beloved vehicles with our limited edition die-cast Space: 1999 Eagle Winch Module collectable model, now available to pre-order from the Gerry Anderson Store!
This is the fifth release in Anderson Entertainment's definitive series of spectacularly detailed and visually authentic Eagle models, following on from our Eagle Transporter, Rescue Eagle, VIP Eagle, and Pallet Eagle. Bringing all the iconic visual hallmarks of special effects maestro Brian Johnson's stunning design to life from Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's iconic 1970s cosmic drama Space: 1999, the Eagle Winch Module is one of our most complex Eagle models yet.
This unique incarnation of the iconic Eagle craft memorably appears in Space: 1999's opening episode, Breakaway, as one of the Eagles tasked with delicately transporting Earth's radioactive waste to the dumping ground beneath the lunar surface. Th Module Eagle model captures the heavy-duty functionality of the craft in dynamic form and is tailor-made for display enjoyment. It comes with four radioactive waste cannisters (radioactive waste not included), while the Eagle itself can be displayed with its winch functionality removed or in place.
The winch featured on the Eagle itself is fashioned from fixed rope and is attached to the Eagle manually. Complete with a pair of clear display pieces and a display base, the Eagle Winch Module collectable captures the mechanical ingenuity of the classic Eagle spacecraft in meticulous detail.
