Adventure is go! Excitement is go! Thunderbirds are go! Anderson Entertainment and Kaleidoscope Entertainment are thrilled to announce that Thunderbirds is blasting off back to the big screen for its 60th anniversary this autumn. This cinematic double-bill brings two of Thunderbirds' best-loved adventures into an electrifying big screen experience - Trapped in the Sky and Terror in New York City.
For the first time since 1968, classic Thunderbirds returns to cinemas across the UK, providing fans with a brilliantly nostalgic, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Both of the episodes have been fully restored in 4K UHD with a new 5.1 surround mix, delivering a dazzling viewing and listening experience of Thunderbirds like never before.
Whether you're reliving the danger of a sabotaged atomic airliner in Trapped in the Sky or the dramatic mission to save New York from disaster in Terror in New York City, this cinema double bill is a must-see celebration of Thunderbirds in all its explosive glory. FAB!
This spectacular double-bill is a fantastic generational celebration of Thunderbirds' legacy on the big screen, offering both old and new fans a truly unique cinema experience of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's ground-breaking Supermarionation classic.
Please make it Hereford, we never get things like this
Can’t wait! Just a pity it’s not the actual feature films themselves…
Sounds great. However I am tempering expectations until we get a list of cinemas that includes several in the north of England. Jaded I know but have been burned in the past by such events, not Anderson related I might add, where they end up with plenty of screenings in southern England especially London but the rest of the U.K. gets short shrift.
