This week we remembered two actors who appeared in multiple Anderson productions; May 25th was the ninetieth anniversary of the 1935 birth of actor Basil Moss, who played a technician in Doppelgänger and Doctor Frazer in four episodes of UFO, while on May 28th it was the ninety-sixth anniversary of the 1929 birth of the legendary Shane Rimmer, writer, actor and voice artist whose many contributions to the Anderson universe span productions from Thunderbirds in the 1960s to Dick Spanner and Space Police in the 1980s.
Popular Anderson episodes to receive their British television premieres this week in decades past include Four Feather Falls' A Lawman Rides Alone (May 26th 1960), Fireball XL5's Invasion Earth (May 26th 1963), Supercar's The Sunken Temple (May 27th 1961), Space Precinct's Double Duty (May 27th 1995), Stingray's The Master Plan (May 30th 1965), and Terrahawks' Doppelganger (May 31st 1986).
