We’ve had lots of questions from you guys about how to watch Thunderbirds on Twitch, so here’s a quick run down of FAQs about Twitch and the upcoming Thunderbirds marathon… it’s a very basic guide to get you going!
What is Twitch?
Twitch is a video streaming service – rather like YouTube. Originally used exclusively by gamers to stream themselves playing live content, Twitch has now broadened into a service which streams live video, classic TV shows, and much more.
One of its unique features is a live chat feature which appears on the right-hand side of every video stream. It allows viewers to chat with each other in real time.
What channel is it on?
Twitch isn’t a TV channel. It’s a video streaming website like YouTube. Some games consoles and smart TVs will have Twitch apps, but just think of Twitch in similar terms to YouTube and you’ll be on the right track. Head over to Twitch.tv to have a look.
Can I get Twitch in my country?
Twitch is available in most countries around the world unless the service has been blocked in a particular territory.
