…which went live for pre-order this week! This brand new Stingray novel – the first published since the 1960s – is now available to pre-order in hardback and will be released in early September. A digital audiobook edition of The Titanican Stratagem, read by Wayne Forester, will also be released later in the year.
August 2024 marks the 25th anniversary of Anderson Entertainment and its continuing success in celebrating the life, career and legacy of Gerry Anderson, and as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations we have a new article looking back at the last quarter century of action and adventure!
Away from the classic TV series, Thunderbirds has enjoyed several avenues of additional adventures through comics, novels, annuals, and beyond. This week’s new Thunderbirds Thursday article took a look at our ongoing range of newly produced Thunderbirds audio dramas!
Celebrating an August 5th birthday this week was UFO actress Wanda Ventham, while August 4th was the anniversary of the 1937 birth of Thunderbirds voice artist David Holliday – the original Virgil Tracy. Popular Anderson episodes that first aired in the UK this week in years past include Four Feather Falls‘ Once a Lawman (August 4th 1960), the first episode of the Space:1999 two-parter The Bringers of Wonder (August 4th 1977), and Supercar‘s The White Line (August 6th 1961).
