Arguably the most iconic of the Barry Gray themes, and one that stands up not only as an outstanding theme but also an outstanding piece of music in its own right, this new release of the theme also features the popular track ‘Balloon Ride’ from the episode Project 90 on the B-side.
Space Precinct actor David Quilter celebrated his birthday on Sunday June 11th, sharing a birthday with the late Captain Scarlet and UFO star Ed Bishop, while popular episodes that first aired in the UK this week in years past include Fireball XL5’s The Fire Fighters (June 16th 1963), Stingray‘s Hostages of the Deep (June 13th 1965), Terrahawks‘ Jolly Roger One (June 14th 1986) and Supercar’s The Lost City (June 17th 1961).
