    Measuring approximately 5.5 inches (13 cm) in length, the model features a detachable pod and is similar in size to Master Replicas' popular Starship Library series.     The VIP Eagle plays a memorable role in the opening episode, Breakaway. After Commander Koenig discovers dangerous levels of magnetic activity surrounding the radioactive waste stored on the Moon, Commissioner Simmonds arrives at Moonbase Alpha aboard the VIP Eagle. When the attempt to disperse the waste goes catastrophically wrong, Alan Carter takes the Eagle into lunar orbit — witnessing the explosion that ultimately sends the Moon hurtling out of Earth’s orbit.
