Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

60-day returns from delivery. Contact us within 60 days after delivery to arrange an eligible change-of-mind return. This extended offer is in addition to your statutory rights.

Our extended returns offer

For this offer, items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Sale items qualify on the same basis as full-price items. For pre-orders, the period starts when the item is delivered, not when you place the order. After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days.

The extended offer does not cover gift cards, downloads, personalised items or opened sealed audio, video or software products. These conditions apply only to our extra change-of-mind offer; they do not limit your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to arrange a return or exchange

Email support@gerryanderson.com or contact our support team, quoting your order number and the item. We will confirm the correct return address and instructions. Please keep proof of posting. You can also notify cancellation by any clear statement; using our form or waiting for authorisation is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights.

For an exchange, tell us what you need so we can check availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will explain your refund options.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. The 60-day period and unused/original-packaging conditions do not restrict your statutory remedies.

Your online cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can notify cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period normally starts when you receive the last goods. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows.

When you cancel a whole order under these rights, we refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. The additional cost of an upgraded service is not refundable. For a change-of-mind return under the extended offer outside the statutory cancellation period, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where this was disclosed before purchase. If we offer a return label, we will tell you its cost before you agree to use it. We do not charge a separate processing or restocking fee, or charge you twice for return postage.

Statutory change-of-mind exceptions can include goods made to your specifications and sealed audio, video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery. For digital content supplied by download, cancellation rights end on supply only where the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided. These exceptions do not remove rights where the goods or content are faulty or not as described.

Refunds and gifts

We issue an eligible refund to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving earlier evidence that you sent them back. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact support if a confirmed refund has not appeared.

If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, we can arrange gift credit for an eligible return if preferred. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser's payment method. Gift credit does not replace a statutory refund without agreement.

You can contact support to cancel a pre-order before dispatch. After delivery, the returns periods above apply. See our pre-order and shipping information for payment, estimates and orders containing several items.

Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory consumer rights. We will honour any more favourable returns promise made when you placed your order.
