Anderpoints are the Gerry Anderson Store’s loyalty points. Earn them when you shop, then turn them into a discount on your next adventure.

Use the same email address you use for your orders. Your balance and available rewards open in the Anderpoints panel.

From points to your next purchase

Use your Anderpoints in three steps

  1. Sign in & check

    Sign into your store account using the email from your orders, then open your points & rewards. Your balance appears at the top.

  2. Choose your reward

    Open Ways to redeem, choose Order discount, select how many points to exchange and confirm. Every 200 points gives you £1 off.

  3. Apply your code

    Copy your reward code. At checkout, enter it in the discount-code field and select Apply. On mobile, expand the order summary if needed. Check that the saving appears before you pay.

Points do not come off your bill automatically. Redeem them for a code first, then apply that code at checkout. Your existing points and other rewards stay in your account.

Redeem in steps of 200 Anderpoints for £1 off. For example, 1,000 points gives £5 off and 2,000 points gives £10 off.

Choose a reward that suits your basket. Anderpoints reward codes cannot be combined with another product, order or shipping discount.

UK delivery only

Free-shipping reward

1,000 Anderpoints can be exchanged for free shipping on UK delivery with an eligible shipping rate of £10 or less.

This reward is not for delivery outside the UK. It does not take £10 off a higher shipping charge, and it cannot be combined with another discount. For international delivery, choose an order discount instead.

Build your balance

Earn 5 Anderpoints per £1 of your order subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Points are awarded when your order is marked paid. You can also find the current social actions and their points awards in Ways to earn.

Ordered as a guest? You can still earn points. Sign in with the same email address to access them. Orders placed with a different email may belong to a different points account.

Where are my points?

Open Check my points & rewards on this page. If you see a sign-in prompt, sign into your store account with the email you used at checkout, then return here. Your points balance appears at the top of the panel; Your activity shows your points history.

My balance is zero or lower than I expected

First check that you signed in with the email used for your orders. A different email can mean a different balance. Guest orders are eligible to earn points, but you need to sign in to access them.

Open Your activity to check earning and redemption entries. Points are based on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, and are awarded when an order is marked paid. Refunded orders can reduce the balance. If an order is missing, contact us with its order number and the email used at checkout so we can investigate.

I redeemed points but cannot find my code

Reopen your points & rewards and look under Your rewards for a reward you have already claimed. Open it and copy the code. Redeeming points creates the reward; using the code at checkout is a separate step. Do not redeem a second reward just to find the first code.

Why will my reward code not apply?

Check that you copied the complete code and selected Apply. Anderpoints reward codes cannot combine with other product, order or shipping discounts, including an automatic promotion. Check the checkout total before paying.

Free shipping is for UK delivery only and requires an eligible rate of £10 or less. If there is still a problem, send us the code and the checkout error message so we can help.

Can I use free shipping outside the UK?

No. The Anderpoints free-shipping reward is for UK delivery only, with an eligible shipping rate of £10 or less. If your order is going overseas, use your points for an order discount instead.

Why can I not redeem my points yet?

You need to be signed in and have enough points for the reward. Order discounts start at 200 Anderpoints for £1 off. Ways to redeem shows the options available to your account.

I am using Anderapp or a link keeps opening the app

For these instructions, open gerryanderson.com/pages/anderpoints directly in Safari or Chrome. Sign into the website with the same email you use for your orders, then open your points from this page. Signing into the app does not necessarily sign you into your web browser.

The points panel is not opening

Allow the page a few moments to finish loading, then try opening the points panel again. If needed, try another browser or temporarily allow the loyalty widget in your content blocker. The instructions on this page remain available even when the panel cannot load.
